Cross of Calvary
The "Cross of Calvary", later called the "Maltese Cross" represented the principles of charity, loyalty, chivalry, gallantry, generosities to friend and foe, protection of the weak, and dexterity in service.
The eight-pointed cross is a symbol used to denote the eight obligations.
The four arms represent:

Take Up Your Cross
Matthew 10:38 Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me.
If you serve the Lord, you become a target of Satan's envy. Satan will put you into endless and severe testing. Satan's attacks will never cease because you are shaking the foundations of hell.

From 'The History of the Christian Church' by Henry C. Sheldon, 1895, Boston University: "The women vie with the men in courage, accompany them to the battle-field, meet the fugitives with reproaches, and endeavor to drive them back to the conflict. The men, on their part, entertain a high respect for their women. "They even suppose somewhat of sanctity and prescience to be inherent in the female sex; and therefore neither despise their counsels, nor disregard their responses." In their mutual relations, both are honorably distinguished by the virtue of chastity. Polygamy is practised only by a few, whose alliance is solicited on account of their rank. "The matrimonial bond is strict and severe among them. Men and women alike are unacquainted with clandestine correspondence. Adultery is extremely rare among so numerous a people."
Cure of loneliness
Count up the hours of life, and most of them are passed alone. Besides, there is a moral solitude far greater than physical. Who has not felt the deep solitude of a crowd? The most dangerous, because the most subtle, temptations come to us when we are alone. An unoccupied state is sure to foster what is bad in us, and our lonely hours are generally our most unoccupied ones. It was in a solitude that even our Lord had His fiercest attacks. Romans 12:6-8 We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.
The Honor Of Persecution
Saints: men and women of valor
The life of the saint is struggling endlessly with the world, as the shepherd is forever vigilant against the wolves.
When the saints are persecuted, they are engulfed by the love of God, for in their state of agony, they are being tested by the Lord Who is love. To be persecuted is to be loved by God; it is a sign that the Father desires that you be as His Son, to live as Christ lived, to suffer just as He suffered.
Jeremiah 17: 10"I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct, according to what their deeds deserve."
Those who are not persecuted, who live entrenched in the fat of comfort, without enemies from amongst the wolves, and in the avoidance from the struggle that the Sword of Christ brings, are hated by God, and thus God deprives them of the honor of persecution.
As David wrote in the tenth Psalm: "The Lord tests the righteous, but the wicked and the one who loves violence His soul hates." (Psalm 11:5) God loved Elijah, and He thus blessed him with the oppression of Jezebel; He loved Moses and bestowed upon him the mission to confront the tyrant Pharaoh - a terrifying enterprise - to endure the arduous journey through the desert, and conduct battles against the pagans who sought out his destruction. As the Savior Himself said, "If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you." (John 15:18)
There is a lot of Christian symbolism in the movie The Matrix, we even see Morpheus quoting Christ. When Neo lacked even a little bit of faith he fell too.
Jesus walking on the water
(Matthew 14) Jesus went up on a mountain to pray. His disciples took a boat to cross the Sea of Galilee. When night came, the wind started to blow, and the waves became high. Late that night, Jesus came to join His disciples. He was walking on the water to get to the boat. The disciples saw Him walking on the water. They were afraid. They thought He was a spirit. Jesus called to them, "It is I; be not afraid."
Peter wanted to walk on the water too. Jesus told Peter to come to Him. Peter climbed out of the boat. He began to walk on the water toward Christ. Because the wind was blowing hard, Peter became afraid. He began to sink into the water and cried out to Jesus to save him. Jesus took Peter's hand. He asked Peter why he did not have more faith.
Prayer is talking to God, and when we do so, we must do so with an open and sincere heart. Be humble, and honest when you speak to God, or else he won't bother to respond. Every healthy relationship, such as a marriage, depends on a good communication line. This is no different with our relationship with God.
- Be persistent in prayer (Luke 18:1), Jesus prayed three times repeating the same thing (Matthew 26:42-44, Mark 14:32-39);
- Pray without ceasing (Colossians 4:2, 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18);
- Do not worry about what to say to God (Romans 8:26, Hebrews 5:7);
- Pray and sing with the spirit of understanding (1 Corinthians 14:15);
- Thank God in your prayers (Philippians 4:6);
- Pray for the Saints (Ephesians 6:18, Luke 22:32);
- Pray to God in solitary (Mark 1:35). Matthew 6:5-13 (See also Luke 11:1-4) And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.
The Lord's Prayer
Jesus Teaches His Disciples to Pray:
After this manner therefore pray ye:
- Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil:
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever.
The prayer of the Saint has Gods delight Proverbs 15:8, John 9:31, 2 Chronicles 7:14, Psalm 145:18, Matthew 11:25. Prayers of the Saint are kept in Heaven Revelation 5:8, Revelation 8:3-4
These are the gifts to the faithful
- Visions, Dreams (Acts 2:17, Job 33:14-18, Genesis 37:05, Matthew 27:19, Revelation 7:9-10)
- Healings, Miracles (Acts 2:43, 3:3-16, 5:12-16, 6:8, 8:13, 9:32-34, 9:36-42, 19:4-6)
- Blessings (1 Chronicles 4:10, 1 Kings 8:59-60, John 12:27-28)
- Answer to prayers (Matthew 7:7, James 5:16, 1 John 5:14-15)
- Stigmata (Luke 22:44, Galatians 6:17)
- Casting out demons (Luke 10:17, Acts 8:6-7, 19:11-12)
- Punishment in Gods name (Acts 13:6-11)
- Protected against harm (Acts 28:1-6, Daniel 6:2-28, Judges 6:11-13)
Prayer and fasting is voluntarily going without food in order to focus on prayer with God and to purify the body. Prayer and fasting often go hand in hand, but you can pray without fasting, and fast without prayer.
Fasting without prayer is healthy for the body, fasting with prayer dedicated to God, is pure power. The prayer from the cleansed body reaches full effectiveness.
Fasting is to make your prayer stronger. There are a number of occasions in which prayer alone isn't strong enough.
Take a look at Jesus' words: Mark 9:28-29 And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out? And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.
Satan knows prayer and fasting are strong, hence he will test us on our weakest moment. Matthew 6:16, 6:18, Psalm 69:10, Matthew 5:4, Acts 13:2-3, Acts 9:9,Luke 4:2,
Remember that Jesus Christ (Matthew 4:1-11) fasted forty days, Elijah in 1 Kings 19:7-9 and so did Moses in Exodus 34:28. This alone proves the importance of fasting.
The purpose of meditation is to learn to stem the endless flow of earthly thoughts of the mind, and learn to control our undisciplined thought patterns. Learn to synchronize our minds and bodies together for the glory of God. The untrained mind will wander into thoughts of temptation, that are delivered by Satan and his demons. Concentrate on the truths of God. By simply bringing to focus conscious thought into each moment of your day to day actions this will help to focus and calm the mind.
- Psalm 1:1-2 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
- 1 Timothy 4:15 Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.
- Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein..
Psalm 119:99. Philippians 4:8. Genesis 24:63.
To those who dedicate themselves to their profession, and live their beliefs. They are those who will always get the job done. It begins with the mind.
The mind is the primary focus of all training. It is absolutely imperative that you learn to control your mind, and how you think. In training and actual combat the mind is the driving force behind all that instigates you to become a better combat operator. How you process your thoughts can be a motivator or an obstacle. You must decide which element you wish to incorporate into your mentality. The untrained mind is lazy and will quit way before the body will. And it is capable of deterring you from a desired goal or action.
Conflict, pain, and confrontation are not to be feared, only respected. But irrationality, disregard for training, and impatience are to be avoided at all costs. The intensity of the training, whatever it may happen to be, should mirror your willpower. Your training must be unconventional, and always push the limits. The more extreme you train, the more your mind and body will acclimate to such situations. And it will increase the chances of surviving such experiences in conflict or combat.
The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in battle.
Seven Deadly Sins
Jesus Christ tells his disciple to 'get away from me, Satan!'
..."You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns."..Matthew 16:23
The devil uses vices to get his way; like my new neighbour, who keeps offering me cigarettes each day while I stopped smoking and promised to God I'd never touch one again.
It is the friend, like Peter with Jesus, who will say you make such a good match with a Baal worshipper after you have repeatedly cried out in despair their wicked ways.
It will ride the beast (the demon using the vice like a rodeo inside pushing out on it's victims tongue or eyes) without ceasing.
Matthew 4:1-11 Satan Tempts Jesus - the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor
Do you know when you are talking to Peter or Satan?
Lust: filthy mouth, wandering whorish eyes (pedophiles looking at children, married men looking at other women, so not healthy single-single-and-age-appropriate but sick wurms)
Gluttony: excessive and/or unthoughtful eating and drinking. Apathy for the suffering of animal souls
Greed: focused primarily on pursuit of material goods
Sloth: laziness or the failure to act, much BLABLA
Wrath: anger, hate, action in blind uncontrolled emotion
Envy: desire to be like someone else, have what the other has
Pride: Narcissism (like Satan, EGO)
To whom hell awaits after Judgement Day
Rev 21:8 ..the fearful, and unbelieving, the abominable, murderers, whoremongers, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
Matthew 8:28-29 And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way. And, behold, they cried out, saying,
What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?
Matthew 25:46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
Matthew 13:50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Mark 9:48 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.
Beware of the Sharks
This reminds me of a lagoon in French Polynesia (source of this perfectly explained shark story).
It is one of the largest lagoons of its kind in the world. It is of beautiful turquoise color because of its white sandy floor.
The water level lowers and rises ever so slightly with the ebb and flow of the ocean tides. The lagoon is peaceful and calm, but the pass through which the tides rush is treacherous and filled with sharks that await an easy meal. One day a few tourists swam too close to the pass and began to be dragged toward danger.
The peacefulness of the lagoon had led them to be careless and lazy in keeping themselves from the sharks.
Gradually they had floated on the soft current toward the pass. Eventually they went too far and found themselves beyond the point where their own abilities could save them.
Outside help was necessary, so a speedboat was sent to rescue them. As the swimmers in this lagoon should have done, we need to put forth a consistent, positive effort every day in order to remain in safe waters. We need to develop good habits that can replace old, bad ones.
Satan desires that we become lazy and complacent.
Daily scripture study and prayer, service, repentance, and following the promptings of the Holy Ghost can keep us safely in the spiritual waters of the Lord.
You got a problem? You talk to God.
Jesus himself said, "After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name "(Matt 6:9). 1 Peter 5:7 Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you
Matthew 7:7 Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you
Matt 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Again I tell you, you can fool a human into saying you're a devoted Christian, but you cannot fool Satan, as a demon feeds on the sins in the heart. A house that was supposedly cleaned decades ago by a priest praying to Mary was not cleaned at all. Evil was still present and was only driven away when a saint arrived and prayed to the Father directly. You do not want to please the demon so he stays put. You do not pray to anyone else than the Father. And the Father is a jealous God. Clean your house (residence, mind and soul).
You can fool a human into saying you're a devoted Christian, but you cannot fool Satan, as a demon feeds on the sins in the heart. In Acts 19:13-17 we see how a group of men attempting to preform exorcism too. The evil spirits give recognition of Jesus. Of Paul. But not of them.
And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?
The possessed man attacks the group of men: and the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.
An Unclean Spirit Returns (Matthew 12:44 (Luke 11:24-26))
When an unclean spirit comes out of a man, it passes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says, 'I will return to the house I left.' On its arrival, it finds the house vacant, swept clean, empty and put in order. Then it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and dwell there; and the final plight of that man is worse than the first. How can this be?
A person who commits sin without repenting does not have the protective influence of the Holy Ghost. Therefore, an evil spirit enters and dwells therein, thus leaving him "unto himself."
Demons do not have physical bodies like humans and animals.
Therefore they are eager to take over or destroy a body with vices.
In 2008 in the UK, the muslim Mohammed Boudjenane decapitated his neighbour and carried the head in a bag onto a bus. Before doing so, he raped and beaten a Christian woman several times, shaved her head and told her she would only be released if she would convert to islam and marry him.
He said he could not remember any of this, was suicidal and claimed to have heard voices in his head.
In 2008, immigrant Vince Weiguang Li numerously stabbed, decapitated and ate the flesh of a fellow passenger aboard a bus in Canada. Li's employer said in an interview that Li was one of his most reliable carriers; "He was very punctual and always cleanly dressed. He was a very nice, polite guy. We would've had no reason to let him go before all this happened." When Li was asked in court if he wanted a lawyer, he softly said "kill me please". He claimed to have heard 'God's voice'.
In the Netherlands in 2007, a Chinese homosexual immigrant only known by initials, had cut a young man to pieces with an axe and chainsaw, stripped the flesh of the bones, deep fried, wokked and cooked the flesh. He claimed to have done so because 'his Gods were angry at the boys Gods'.
After the murder he decapitated a bird because he believed there was an evil spirit in the bird.
Calling upon demons
Witchcraft (fortune telling, runes, tarot, druids, charmers, mediums, clairvoyance etcetera) was practiced in ancient Sumeria, Babylonia and Egypt, among many other countries such as Greece. Various sources state that (fallen)angels from the sky had given powers, certain knowledge to the humans in the time of Sumeria. The Jewish kabala, and Wicca, being one of many. The difference between God and the devil is that God's prophecies are always 100% accurate, not 50%, not 25% or 75%.
Hosea 4:12-13 My people ask counsel at their stocks, and their staff declareth unto them: for the spirit of whoredoms hath caused them to err, and they have gone a whoring from under their God. They sacrifice upon the tops of the mountains, and burn incense upon the hills, under oaks and poplars and elms, because the shadow thereof is good: therefore your daughters shall commit whoredom, and your spouses shall commit adultery.
Demons mimick voices
Evil spirits can deceive you by mimicking the voice of your departed loved one. Of you. Of anybody. They are tricksters.
And yes, they can tell 'memories'of 'the departed one'. Because they were there when he lived, if any you are talking to their killer. Satan himself knows the bible very well and quote all of it. It does not mean he is one of the good guys. Video of talented Olena included here only because she mimicks animals so beautifully, if you close your eyes and listen to her (no sight) would you not think you are listening to animals?
The 'when you do good, good comes back to you' fantasy.
Karma is the law of cause and effect. Whilst this is a universal law and mentioned in Galatians 6:7 (you reap what you sow), karma is often associated to a past life.
In the brain of the New Ager, an individual who has a rough life might be a victim of bad deeds done in a past life. These are Babylonian teachings, not from God. The law of karma would mean that if a person sinned and asked forgiveness to God via Christ, he would still be punished later on.
Here are some hard facts (examples). They did good and as so many, got nothing or evil in return. That is because Satan rules this planet. "Goodness alone is never enough," wrote author Robert A. Heinlein. "A hard, cold wisdom is required for goodness to accomplish good. Goodness without wisdom always accomplishes evil."
The case of a sweet kind hearted woman named Genore Guillory. 'After the death of her boyfriend, the 42-year-old lived alone in her house maintaining several acres of land and taking care of her horses, stray cats and stray dogs. It had become overwhelming as Guillory was also working a full-time job so, she sought out help. When a couple with undergoing financial troubles moved into a broken-down trailer across the street with their infant baby and a teenage boy, she offered to pay them to help her with her land, animals, and repairs around the house. If they needed extra money for food or diapers, she wouldn't hesitate to lend a helping hand and that included giving them a vehicle. What was her reward? She was killed, her face had been smashed in, she was shot four times, and stabbed five by those she helped'. (source)
The Unforgivable Sin
Mark 3:29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation
Matthew 12:31-32 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.
Luke 12:10 And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.
Use of the rosary is alright when we call upon God only.
Repeating a prayer isn't harmful either, in Matthew 26:42-44 and Mark 14:32-39 we see that Jesus Christ several times prayed the same prayer.
Praying the rosary
Praying the Roman Catholic rosary means including praying to Mary. This is blasphemy, and it doesn't matter if God is mentioned at all in the prayer when your also are praising Mary. We are not allowed to pray to angels and saints, Mary herself not to pray to her but to God.
Luke 11:27-28 As Jesus was saying these things, a woman in the crowd called out, "Blessed is the mother who gave you birth and nursed you." He replied, "Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it."
Mark 7:7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.
- Demons can manifest in different forms such as human forms like women or children (God did not create a single female or child angel)
- Demons are looking for beings who have no self control and indulge in vices to tempt them
- Demons feed on negative emotions like fear and rage
Lucifer has been here for a long time with his demons. He has seen your birth and those of your ancestors. He and his can quote the bible as well, since they have been around that long. So how easy do you think it will be for them to trick you with 'memories' and 'miracles' making you feel all special and shit. Never let your guard down! Don't be a fool, do not let them enter. Do not call upon the dead.
Their ticket in(to your soul)
A few of the vices are pride (in which you get supported by Lucifer), avarice (Mammon), lust (Asmodeüs), rage (Satan), gluttony (Beëlzebub), envy (Leviathan) and laziness (Belphegor). Bad spirits (fallen angels aka demons) feed on the cardinal vices in men, such as greed (for money, for power), lust and gluttony. They provide success in the world such as financial gain (think of politicians who sell their soul). Do not trust the desires in the heart:
Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?
Utterly detestable to God are 1) haughty eyes (arrogance), 2) a lying tongue, 3) hands that shed innocent blood, 4) a heart that plots evil, 5) feet that are quick to rush to do wrong, 6) a false witness, and 7) a man who stirs up dissension among brothers.
